At Fingara Club, we strive to provide the highest quality services and experiences. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or returns may be issued.
2. Cancellation & Refund for Events
- More than 7 days before event: Full refund available.
- Within 7 days of event: No refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your booking to another person or reschedule to a future date (subject to availability).
- Event cancellation by Fingara Club: In the rare event that we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days.
3. Membership Refunds
- All membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
- If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time, but no pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining period.
4. Payment Errors & Double Charges
In the event of a payment error or duplicate charge, please contact us immediately at 0712 000 400 or info@fingara.com. We will verify the transaction and issue a full refund within 7–14 business days.
5. Return of Physical Items
For any physical items purchased (e.g., merchandise, event tickets):
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
6. Refund Processing Time
All refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
