1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fingara Club website (“www.fingara.com”) and any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Membership & Registration

To access certain features of the Club, you may be required to register as a member. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
  • Membership applications are subject to approval by the Club’s management.
  • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Payments & Bookings

All payments for events, memberships, and services are processed through PayHere, a secure payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Fingara Club reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Event Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Technical Issues: In the event of a double charge or payment error, please contact us immediately for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

5. Use of Facilities

All members and guests are required to adhere to the Club’s rules and regulations while using any facility.

  • Proper attire must be worn at all times.
  • Respect for other members and staff is mandatory.
  • Any damage to Club property will be charged to the responsible individual.
  • The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone violating these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fingara Club and is protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Sri Lanka.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fingara Club shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
